JagBandhu Account & Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their JagBandhu account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
In app: Profile/Settings -> Delete Account
Or by email: Send your request to
support@jagbandhu.com from your registered phone/email with subject
"Account Deletion Request".
What is deleted
- Profile details
- Uploaded content associated with your account
- App usage data linked to your account
What may be retained
- Data required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, or security compliance
- Minimal logs/backups for a limited time
Deletion timeline
- Requests are processed within 7 business days
- Backup/log remnants are purged within 30 days
